TICKET & EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS TICKET CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
Age Requirement
Ticket purchasers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By purchasing a ticket, purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may attend the event only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any parent or legal guardian accompanying a minor agrees to these Terms and Conditions on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor's attendance and conduct at the event.
Ticket Sales; Refunds; Event Changes
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law or as expressly provided herein. Each ticket constitutes a revocable license to attend the event. Event Organizer reserves the right to revoke such license and refuse admission or remove any ticket holder in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
310riginals, LLC (“Event Organizer”) reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to the schedule, speakers, performers, participants, programming, venue operations, seating arrangements, event format, or other event details. Such changes shall not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, credit, exchange, or cancellation. Event Organizer does not guarantee the appearance, participation, performance, or availability of any particular athlete, celebrity, speaker, performer, or guest. Scheduled participants are subject to change without notice.
In the event the event is postponed, Event Organizer may honor tickets for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Event Organizer's sole obligation shall be to refund the face value of the ticket actually paid by the ticket holder. Service fees, processing fees, travel expenses, lodging expenses, and any other incidental or consequential costs shall not be refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Event Organizer shall not be liable for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disputes, power outages, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, Event Organizer may, in its sole discretion, reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel the event.
Except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law, ticket holders shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, exchange, or other compensation arising out of changes to the event.
Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without Event Organizer's prior written consent.
Assumption of Risk
Purchaser and ticket holder voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to attending the event, including but not limited to:
- Injury from basketballs, equipment, or other objects entering spectator areas;
- Slips, trips, falls, and other accidents;
- Acts or omissions of other attendees;
- Risks associated with large crowds, public gatherings, and venue conditions;
- Illness, communicable diseases, or other health-related risks;
- Any other risks arising before, during, or after the event.
By attending the event, ticket holder knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks and accepts personal responsibility for any resulting injury, illness, property damage, loss, or expense.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, purchaser and each ticket holder, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance at and participation in the event and hereby release, waive, and discharge Event Organizer, its parent companies, affiliates, sponsors, venue operators, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, athletes, celebrities, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to attendance at, participation in, or presence at the event, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party.
Nothing in this release shall release or limit liability to the extent arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be waived or released under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the event, attendance at the event, or these Terms and Conditions.
Photography, Video, and Likeness Release
By entering or attending the event, ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that the event may be photographed, audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, broadcast, or otherwise captured by Event Organizer or its designees. Ticket holder grants Event Organizer and its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, record, film, livestream, and otherwise capture ticket holder's image, likeness, voice, appearance, name, and statements in connection with the event.
Ticket holder further grants Event Organizer the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, broadcast, sublicense, and otherwise exploit such recordings and content, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for promotional, advertising, marketing, commercial, documentary, editorial, archival, or other lawful purposes, without compensation, notice, inspection, or approval.
Ticket holder waives and releases any claims arising out of or related to the use of such recordings or content, including any claims based on rights of publicity, privacy, misappropriation, defamation, or similar rights, except to the extent such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
All photographs, recordings, broadcasts, livestreams, and other event content created by or on behalf of Event Organizer shall be the sole and exclusive property of Event Organizer.
Venue Rules and Removal
Ticket holder agrees to comply with all venue rules, event policies, security procedures, applicable laws, and reasonable instructions provided by Event Organizer, venue personnel, security personnel, or event staff.
Event Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to, eject, or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, disorderly, unsafe, threatening, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise interferes with the operation of the event or the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other attendees, participants, or event personnel.
Any individual denied admission or removed from the event pursuant to this provision shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, exchange, or any other compensation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts..
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
